How Delivery of Your Assessment Works

• At the time of purchase, please provide the full name and email address of the team member completing the assessment. If the team member's direct supervisor also requires a copy of the report, please provide his/her full name and email address.
• Within 1 business day of your purchase, the team member completing the assessment will receive an email with a link to the assessment and instructions. Business days are Monday - Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. Pacific Standard Time, excluding major U.S. holidays.
• Immediately upon assessment completion, the team member completing the assessment and the direct supervisor listed at the time of purchase will receive a PDF copy of the Report via email.
